The place was pretty and modern and the staff were amazingly nice, the location was particularly good in center of Kaprun. The room was brand-new and incredible, complete with kitchen fully equipped, 2 separate bathrooms, big balcony. Meals in the hotel were appetising.

Its favourable, central location was a plus.

This hip new hotel offers lots of large and brand-new rooms. - the staff are friendly and managed the parking on site. - the location is favorable, relatively near Maiskogel Family Mountain. - You could walk to a market and stores. - the property has a great restaurant with breakfast and dinner.

The rooms here are a good size and look like they were just put together, which is nice. the staff is quick and gets things done efficiently. the views are especially good, and they have a parking lot right here 🚗.

Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as street noise and a basic kitchen, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

Secondly, the staff were very friendly and attentive. They made sure all my needs were taken care of and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Additionally, the rooms were well-equipped with a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious balcony. I loved having the option to cook my own meals and enjoy the lovely views from the balcony. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious. There was a good variety of options to choose from and it was a great way to start the day.

Additionally, the airport shuttle and ski pass vendor services were an added bonus to our already amazing stay. The relaxed atmosphere we experienced upon arrival when we were offered a welcome drink, was the cherry on top of the cake. We couldn't have asked for more, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for high-class accommodation with pet amenities available.
